Falls das Retourenlabel in Deiner Sendung fehlt, dann informiere uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach der Zustellung per E-Mail an help@karhu.com.
Das zurückgesendete Produkt muss innerhalb von 21 Tagen nach dem Datum, an dem das Produkt an Dich geliefert wurde, in unserem Lager eingehen. Wir werden Deine Rückerstattung dann so schnell wie möglich bearbeiten, spätestens aber nach 30 Tagen nach Eingang der Retoure.
