Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Here's how to handle returns and refunds for your KARHU products. 

Returns from The Netherlands, Finland, France, Norway & Switzerland.

You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase to generate your prepaid return label. 

 

You can find the order number either on the paper packing list inside your delivery box or in the order confirmation email

RETURN FEES

NETHERLANDS, FINLAND, FRANCE (EUROZONE):

  • A €5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


SWITZERLAND & NORWAY

  •  Due to import taxes, a €45.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For the Netherlands, Finland, France, Switzerland & Norway, start your return by visiting:

  • Please contact help@karhu.com within 14 days of delivery if you experience any issues starting your return. 
  • The returned product must arrive at our facility within 21 days from the delivery date. 
  • Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your return. (Within a maximum of 30 days)
  • Products must be clean, unworn, and returned in their original box. 
    We cannot accept items that do not meet these conditions. 

 

Returns from Other European Countries

If you're returning an order from another Eurozone country (excluding the Netherlands, Finland, France, Norway, and Switzerland), you will receive a prepaid return shipping label with your order.

Please note: 

Prepaid shipping labels are available only for orders shipped from within the Eurozone.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges of KARHU products.
