What will you need?
- You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase to generate your prepaid return label.

- You can find the order number either on the order confirmation email or in the the paper packing list inside your delivery box as shown below.

To return your parcel, it is possible to either print the return label or use a special QR-code to generate a shipping label when sending the return.

• - A €5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 
• - For returns from Switzerland and Norway, a fee of €45.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping fees and import duties. 

Note: All products will be refunded, not extra shipping costs.

• - Please contact help@karhu.com within 14 days of delivery if you have any issues with your return process. 
• - The returned product must arrive at our facility within 21 days from the delivery date. 
• - Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your return (Within a maximum of 30 days).
• - Products must be clean, unworn, and returned in their original box. 
  We cannot accept items that do not meet these conditions. 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges of KARHU products.
