Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

 

If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label for orders within the € - zone and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 shipping fee per return. (This amount is different for customers located in Switzerland, please read below)


The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at help@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.

 

The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

 

Important: Product must be clean and the box in proper condition to be accepted. All sneakers must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.

 

Prepaid shipping labels are only provided on orders that are shipped from within the € - zone. 

 

Returns from Finland, France & Switzerland: 

When you would like to return your order from Finland, France or Switzerland, please visit the following webpage: www.karhu.com/returnseu

You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order to initiate your return and generate a label.

For a return from Switzerland, a shipping fee of €45 will be deducted from the return amount

EXCHANGES

We currently don't do exchanges of products at Karhu.
