Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label for orders within the eurozone and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return.
The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at customerserviceEU@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.
The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.
Important: Product must be clean and the box in proper condition to be accepted. All sneakers must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
Prepaid shipping labels are only provided on orders that are shipped from within the Eurozone.

Returns from United Kingdom:

Returns from Switzerland:
If you choose to make a return from Switzerland, you may choose any carrier for the return shipment at your own cost (including duties and taxes). The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you and be in proper condition. We will process your refund as soon as we have the returned product and within a maximum of 30 days.
