This is the first pair of Karhu shoes I have, never even tried on one before, I just ordered it as the design and colors are a perfect fit for me. For me the size is just right, I was a bit worried as half a size bigger wasn't available but I can stretch my toes easily so I was lucky in the end to order my exact size. The sole and the shoe overall is stiffer than what I expected (I had an asics gel lyte years ago, I suppose that was the benchmark) but the materials are quality and I think this pair won't wear off in the near future because of that.
