The Mestari Control is a model that features a robust, slip-resistant outsole. Inspired by several prototypes from KARHU’s back catalogues, this model combines classic design elements with modern functionality. The Mestari Control utilizes a novel traction pattern found on an early 80s version of the Albatross. Our design team has reimagined this unique outsole to create a sturdier version of the Mestari with more grip for day-to-day use. Additionally, the upper of the Mestari Control features detailed tooling inspired by an older silhouette, the KARHU Balance.
