The Mestari Run 2.0 ride is defined by KARHU’s Fulcrum technology. Integrated into the midsole, Fulcrum is engineered to guide the stride forward through a smooth, stable rolling motion. Paired with an 8 mm heel-to-toe offset and amplified toe spring, it supports an efficient heel-to-toe transition and helps maintain balance as fatigue sets in. The result is a ride that feels guided, not forced. Smooth and stable without feeling restrictive.
Supporting the Fulcrum system is KARHU’s nitrogen-injected AeroFoam midsole. Tuned to deliver ample cushioning without sacrificing structure, AeroFoam absorbs impact while maintaining a consistent, controlled feel. It creates an extra comfortable ride that remains smooth and controlled as the miles add up.
Fit and comfort are further refined through an anatomic lacing system designed to support a more personalized fit. By following the natural shape of the foot, the lacing helps create a more secure fit through the midfoot, keeping the foot stable without feeling restrictive.
This is paired with a redesigned upper made from IdealKnit mesh. Soft, stretchy, and breathable, the material creates a light and supportive feel around the foot. The Mestari Run 2.0 upper delivers a comfortable fit straight out of the box.
To accommodate different foot shapes, the Mestari Run 2.0 is also available in a HiVo fit option. HiVo is KARHU’s higher-volume fit, offering increased internal space across the forefoot and midfoot rather than simply added width. This allows the foot to sit more naturally inside the shoe, particularly for runners who experience pressure or tightness in standard fits.
