First introduced in 1996, the Legacy featured an Air Cushion landing zone, sandwich construction heel cap, and an EVA midsole to make a well-cushioned running shoe. Leaving no wish unfulfilled, the inherently stable design provided a comfortable ride. Today, the Legacy 96 pays homage to past endeavours not forgotten while looking for future adventures.

Influence in sport means you are long lasting, memorable, and measurable. In honour of this heritage, Karhu brings back a original running shoe with a name that says it all, the “Legacy 96” as a lifestyle sneaker.

Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it! Currently we aren’t able to offer you express shipping in the EU. The transit times below are indications of the transit time after your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our European warehouse is located in the Netherlands. On local holidays our warehouse is closed.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 

If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label for orders within the eurozone and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return.

 

The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at help@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.

 

The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

 

Prepaid shipping labels are only provide on orders that are shipped from within the Eurozone. 

RETURNS FROM FINLAND AND FRANCE:

Returns from Switzerland & Norway:  

If you choose to make a return from Switzerland or Norway, you may choose any carrier for the return shipment. The shipment must be delivered to the address of our European warehouse (see below) for a refund. The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you and be in proper condition. We will process your refund as soon as we have the returned product and within a maximum of 30 days. 

 

When a customer would like to receive a refund, they must send the return shipment at their own cost (including duties and taxes) to the following return address:

STEP 1

Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.

STEP 2

Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.

STEP 3

Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.
