STAP 1
Leg een vel papier op de grond met één kant tegen de muur. Zet je voet op het papier met je hiel tegen de muur aan.
STAP 2
Pak een potlood en zet een streepje op het papier bij het uiteinde van je langste teen. Herhaal dit ook met je andere voet.
STAP 3
Meet in cm vanaf de muur (je hiel) tot het verste punt (je langste teen). Neem de grootste van de twee metingen. Tel daar 0,5 cm bij op en vergelijk dat getal met onze schoenmaten in de maattabel.
