Great follow up on order and delivery, very unclear about return procedure and cashback

The shoes I ordered on the web were very quickly delivered on to my doorstep, so absolutely no comments there. The shoes looked very nice, but unfortunately were too small near the front, so I had to return them. There things got more complicated. On the delivery form I scanned a QR-code to get more information about the return policy. I then got to a webpage where I had to fill in my purchase number. Nomally a return document should become visible then, but this didn't work. Keying in the number again also didn't help, because it was apparently already registered. So I just sent the shoes back with the enclosed return sticker. Ten days later I still haven't heard anything about my return and the cashback of my order. I hope this will be taken care of as soon as possible.

Mooie schoenen met goed voetbed

Ze zitten echt super lekker en kan er zonder klachten een hele dag op staan/ lopen. Mijn 2e paar van dit model inmiddels.
Ik moet standaard 1,5 maat groter kopen bij Karhu, maar als je dat weet, kan je deze blind kopen.

Beautiful shoes, they even smelled very good when I took them from the box. I really like the inside cushioning, it feels supportive. And the front if the shoe feels like it boosts the movement when walking. 5/5.

PASSO 1

Posizionare un foglio di carta sul pavimento con un'estremità contro la parete. Appoggiate il piede sul foglio di carta con il tallone contro la parete.

PASSO 2

Prendete una matita e segnate sulla carta l'estremità dell'alluce più lungo. Ripetete l'operazione per l'altro piede.

PASSO 3

Misurare in cm dalla parete (tallone) al punto più lungo (punta). Prendere le misure più grandi. Poi prendete quello che avete misurato + 0,5 CM e confrontatelo con le nostre misure di scarpe nella tabella delle taglie.
