RETURN POLICY

 

If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label for orders within the eurozone and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return.

 

The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at customerserviceEU@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.

 

The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

Important: Product must be clean and the box in proper condition to be accepted. All sneakers must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.

 

Prepaid shipping labels are only provided on orders that are shipped from within the Eurozone. 

 

Returns from Finland or France:

You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order to initiate your return and generate a label.

 

Returns from United Kingdom: 

A return label by Royal Mail is included in your shipment and the returns are free of charge. If you are missing the return label or need to make a second return, please email our Customer service department at customerserviceEU@karhu.com to provide you a new return label.

We accept returns of all items within 15 days of receiving the order with the right to full refund.

 

Returns from Switzerland:

EXCHANGES

We currently don't do exchanges of products at Karhu.
