International Shipping

Karhu is an international brand and we ship to most countries in the EU. Your order is prepared for shipment on business days the next morning after you placed your order. Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it! Currently we aren’t able to offer you express shipping in the EU. The transit times below are indications of the transit time after your order has left the warehouse.

Example*: You place your order on monday afternoon 13:00 Amsterdam time. Your order will be processed by our warehouse team on tuesday morning, and in a normal situation your order will leave the warehouse either tuesday night or wednesday morning.

Example*: You place your order on friday night 18:00 Amsterdam time. Your order will be processed by our warehouse team on monday morning, and in a normal situation your order will leave the warehouse on either monday night or tuesday morning.

* Please note that transit times are indication together with our shipping partners we aim for the quickest possible transit time.
** In the EU our warehouse won’t process orders on Dutch National Holidays.
*** Local shipping partners might not ship on national holidays in the country of destination.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day return policy. If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return. The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at customerserviceEU@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you. The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

All purchases done in stores, need to be returned at the store of purchase. We are not able to receive any returns of store bought products.
