RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 days returns policy. If you wish to return a product you must notify us within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you. The returned product must be received by us within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you.

In order for a refund to be processed, the product must be returned with its original packaging, in a new, unused and resalable condition. Refunds will not be given for damaged or used products. If we receive any such products they will be returned to you at your own cost.

The accompanying shoebox must also be returned with the product, in an undamaged condition. If the shoebox is returned to us in a damaged condition we will refund the amount of the product less a box fee of 10 euro to cover the cost of the shoebox.

In all other cases, refunds will be given for the full cost of the product including any delivery charge for sending them to you.

We will also add a contribution to assist with the cost of returning the product to us, but only in cases of defective products or size exchanges. Please provide evidence of your shipping costs and we will reimburse these costs up to a maximum of 15 euro. For size exchanges this contribution is only applicable where the customer has paid the full undiscounted price for the product. Where a customer requests a refund after they have received this contribution for a size exchange, the contribution shall be deducted from the refund. For all other returns the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

You are responsible for the safe return of the product to us and we recommend you use a registered post or courier service. Refunds will not be processed for products that are damaged or lost in the post.

We will process your refund as soon as possible after we receive the returned product and within a maximum of 30 days.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
