Shipping & ReturnsWe offer a 14 day return policy.
If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return.
In order to get a prepaid return-shipping label you must notify us at customerserviceEU@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.
The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you.
In order for a refund to be processed, the product must be returned with its original packaging and in new, unused and resell-able condition.
Refunds will be not be given for damaged or used products. If we receive any such products they will be returned to you at your own cost.
The accompanying shoebox must also be returned with the product, in undamaged condition. If the shoebox is returned to us in a damaged condition we will refund the amount of the product less a box fee of 10 euro to cover the cost of the shoebox.
You are responsible for the safe return of the product to us and we recommend you use a registered post or courier service. Refunds will not be processed for products that are damaged or lost in the post.
We will process your refund as soon as possible after we receive the returned product and within a maximum of 30 days.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
