Jag var den lycklige som fick priset, en resa till Los Angeles för att köra tävlingen 13.1 (en halv maraton). Jag hade aldrig sprungit halvmaraton så det var roligt att vara del av något sådant. Tävlingen gick från berömda Venice Beach och slutade i Marina del Rey. Efter loppet träffade jag en tjej som arbetar på Karhu och som gav mig ett par nya frächa Karhu skor.

Click to read more >>Årets sidste løb blev afholdt i Køge med følgende distancer 5 KM og 10 KM. Løberne var begunstiget med stille vejr og solskin, dette kunne man også se på de mange flotte tider. I alt 760 løbere gennemførte og der var champagne + kranskage til alle de seje løbere.

Click to read more >>On a humid and windy day in Ft. Lauderdale, the Karhu Bear fought through the elements to finish the Karhu 5k in 24 minutes. Coincidentally, he also finished in 24th place. The first 10 lucky finishers who outlasted the bear earned a free pair of Karhu shoes for their effort. Seasoned local runner Paul Marmaro, who became the Karhu Bear for the day, said that this effort in the heavy and fur-laden bear suit was harder than the Olympic Trials prep training he did while in his prime!

Click to read more >>Viborg Avis Marathon blev afviklet i flot vejr med masser af sol og personlige rekorder.
Der blev afviklet børneløb på 4,295 m, 10 km samt ½ maraton for voksne.
Karhu bjørnen deltog også i løbet og var særdeles aktiv denne dag. Bjørnen løb ca 15 km.
Karhu var også flot repræsenteret blandt løberne, og havde 4 løbere i top 3.
